Umm I simply cannot get to the cpanel at all, to even log in to the cpanel. That is the problem. Thanks

I see the index.html is what I see, Corey. I can pull up easily, just not so easily when I want to start update the site. Thank you really for all your help

I can't log on to cpanel, when I enter my user name and password, I get a message that says "login attempt failed". Is it set up to have to log on twice? I get what appears to be an msn username and password screen, once I log in to that, then I get a screen called CPanel asking for my user name and password again. The CPanel logon is where I'm getting the message "login attempt failed". What do I need to do?

Thanks!

angels_scam_patrol, can you forward me your welcome Email

CSchmidt -- If you see the index page but can't see the cPanel page I would have to guess something on your end is blocking port 2082 which cPanel runs on.
