Hi guys,
I hope I'm not bringing up an old topic, but I'm having trouble receiving emails. Over the last few days I couldn't even send them, but today that seems to be working.

When I try to receive emails (via Outlook) I get this error
'The server name you entered cannot be found on the network (it might be down) verify that you are online and that the server name is correct.'
(I haven't changed the settings from when they were working the other week)

I've checked the Outlook settings and they appear to all be correct...

I've also checked my email via webmail in cPanel and there are emails there (although it's marked all of them as spam).

The only other thing is that in my account management panel, Exim is offline, so I don't know... :dunno:

My domain is: tech-eze.com.au
user: joshey

Any ideas what I should do?

Thanks,
Josh

I dont know.. I know that my e-mail's dont work at all.. o_O' Not that I have any use for it =P.

You might need to wait for a account manager to help you out there.

In outlook for the incoming mail server put 74.86.116.190 . Use just the IP instead of mail.domain.com or whatever.

Thanks, I can't tell if it's fixed right now since the email has been up and down for a while, but it's working at the moment and we'll see if it'll stay that way :)

Thanks very much.

No problem, I'll close this for now. Please re-open if you need further assistance.
