having trouble!!

hey i have my website all set up with webpage maker
and its not publishing

the file is saved on my computer
is there another way i can transfer it, to make it a webpage?

i have everuthing set up
the domain
ftp stuff
idk what imdoing wrong
but i really wanna get my webpage up and i cant seem to get up!:dunno:

I like to use filezilla. Set up an ftp account throught your cpanel. Then access it through filezilla,upload the files and just like that you have it uploaded.
