HEEEEEEELP!!!!!! I remove every directoy

I'm a beginning in web design and yesterday I used DREAMWEAVER to up my site and when I did it, the program remove all the directories (including "bin","home",all) and I don't know what can I do.
Would you think I'll need to create other domain?
