Hello... and help?

Hello, World!

Ive attempted to read up on all the sticky postings and troubleshooting posts to get started, and before I posted this help request. I do have full ftp access, I have cp pannel access, and i have fourm access. I am able to upload any website template or script and the content should be viewable. Even adding a php core website I have mysql to have it work. However... even the most simplest index.thml test pages does not show in my main directory as a working website. I still get the generic page bable. Can u help?

I guessing that's a typo, it should be index.html.
