If I dont post in the forum, I will be suspended?? How many posts per week?

You are required to login to the forums at least once a month in order to avoid suspension. Posting is NOT required. However, I would suggest that you browse the forums, perhaps read the announcements, for at least 5 minutes to make sure the system records your visit.
