Hello, im first time create account on x10hosting.com, and i make this steps:

1. Create accout
2. i Confirm my account on email
3. i log in to ma accout
4. create question to safe my acc.
5. and i see some like~ "free hosting - pendding"
and this message disapear and i trying to go to https://x10hosting.com/control/?hosting and i cant. Seems like my domain never created. no accout detail on email about ftp or some like this.
I try to look in FAQ and forum, but cant find info/solution

Can you help me what i do wrong?

i write second post becouse i cand edit first.

i got message:

    An older account was removed as the result of inactivity.
    A past account has been terminated for breaching our Terms of Service.
    You have never had a hosting account.

And i aldo cant login into my account by using username, only by email, why?
