First time poster. I've been a satisfied x10hosting member for about 2 months now. Believe it or not, the services offered here using the free ad-enhanced plan far exceeds that offered by my previous paid hosting services. That's impressive!

However, I ran into a problem. My account got suspended today for high resource usage. It said that it will be automatically unsuspended in 15 minutes, but automatic unsuspension was not set.

I tried the "Unsuspension request" link on the left, and even the "Submit ticket" link. None of them worked. I would have posted this at an appropriate place, but the Free hosting forum is locked.

Account name: jsmugen
Hosting plan: Ad-enhanced free
Server: Stoli
Reason for suspension: high resource usage.

Welcome to x10 JudgeSpear!

A Staff member should be able to unsuspend your account, as it's probably a glitch.
