Help, 404 error - page not found error

Hello

I run a phpbb3 forum. When i got the news to update the account by the new settings i done that. I changed the 'localhost' to 'mysql.x10hosting.com', added '%.x10hosting.com' to the access host in cpanel, and changed config file of phpbb3. Before doing these changes i was getting an sql error. But after doing this i get a 404 error page. I have all the files and database intact in my account. I also repaired the database in Cpanel.

Also i cannot access my ftp account from client software.

Getting this error from yesterday. help please.

I am still gettting 404 errors. It is almost 4 days of being my site down. Please help. Thanku.

Still Getting the 404 errors . Now the database is gone from the cpanel.
I think i forgot to mention

Server i am on : cossacks
Cpanel name: infoinn
Domain Name: infoinn.pcriot.com
Days since account : Approx 3 months.
Days since site Down : Approx 10 Days
Can Access FTP : NO.

Ok , If i request for deleting my account and start afresh with the a new account with the same domain name (as i currently have) then will my problem be solved. How much time will it take to reregister a account.
