Says you're suspended for a phishing site being uploaded to your account.


That'd be in violation of this part of the tos:

Illegal Material: This includes copyrighted works, commercial audio, video, or music files, and any material in violation of any Federal, State, or Local regulation. You may not store copyrighted Mp3s or videos on your webspace in any way shape or form.

Reasoning there is phishing sites violate federal, state, and local legislations.

If you want to dispute this someone can escalate it for you for resolution, however if there is indeed a phishing site on the account, the account will be terminated with no exceptions per the Zero Tolerance policy.
