ok actually i don't know where to post this but

i can't enter my Account Management Panel cuz i have to type in a Account Name

i tryed to type in my forum name but it didnt work

when i typed my forums name it said. "
An Error Has Occurred
The hosting username you specified does not exist."

where can i find this username?

Maybe you should try too read the titles of the forums.

When you registered for a hosting account you chose 1 username and password. It then requires you to also have a forum username and password, (the one you are logged onto by writing this post).
To login to the account panel, you need to use the forum username that you selected NOT your hosting username (unless you created both with the same username).

Access to cpanel requires your forum username and password.

They are NOT interchangeable unless they both have the same username and password.
