help as locked in a login loop!

Help please.

I have read the other messages but cant relate them to my problem.

I login on the main x10 web page, it says you are logged and will be redirected. Then says to enjoy adfree web hosting input the username from the forums which i do, but it says i am not a member of the forums. But i am.

How can i resolve this please?

Hello,
You need to link your hosting account with your forums one to receive support from these forums.

Also, you log in with your hosting account in the Management Panel, not you forums one.

so the fact that x10 allowed me to create a web account and also a forum account and both have the same user name and password is a reall problem for me then?

My question is that i have used the same user name and password for both web space and forums, how can i repair this?

i can login to my forums and change the password perhaps but its still the same user name. I am doomed never to make it work... woh woh is me..... wail wail....

what can i do please?

There's no problem if both usernames are the same.
What's your cPanel username and domain/subdomain of your hosting account?
