[HELP] Backend problem

Hey, well i've just come back from alot of work, and i wanted to start using my account again.

I logged in ang got this:

Although you've logged in successfully, there was an error retrieving your account's hosting type from the backend system.

Please post on our forums to seek support on this issue.

So, i posted here to see why i got this.. thanks!

Your account does not exist.
If you haven't logged into the x10 Forums in over a month it is likely that your account was terminated.

You will need to sign-up for a new account.

Well, i logged into the homepage, so i though that it would still exsist.

Also, when i try and sign up, it says that i already have an account, so i am kinda stuck.

Visit http://x10hosting.com/logout then try signing up again.

Sorry for double post, but i signed up again, and it said the username "Dalez" was free, i so chose it, and then cofirmed my email, then i get an email saying that "Dalez" is not free.

What do i do now?

Sorry for triple post, but, i signed out, and tried to sign up with the name "Stroved", all worked fine, and then i get an email saying:

This email is being sent to notify you that the hosting account that you have signed up for has not been created, due to an error which occurred during the creation process.

Try registering with a lowercase username.
