Help can't publish something

Hey, yesterday i downloaded a free website making program, i've had a shot at it but i cant publish it.

It sais:
I need to type these in.

FTP server* : What do i put?

FTP username* : What do i put?

FTP password* : What do i put?

Can some one please help me

For the server use your domain/sub-domain with or without a "ftp." prefix.

As for the user and pass, you could simple just use your cPanel's username and password, or you can create a new account with the FTP settings in your cPanel.

Username = your hosting login name
password = your hosting password

I am publishing it from the WEBSITE making program not cPanel will it still work?

FTP server* : BnetUpdatedNews.x10hosting.com?
FTP username : cPanel username?
FTP password : cPanel Password?
Web folder : Public_html?
