help cgi-url

hey guys im new to this and was wondering if anyone could help,

im building a site but when i try and upload it using the software i built it with i get an error.

1. It first asks me for the FTP location so i put in

XXXXX.x10Hosting.com
user and pass, that works fine

2. it then asks for my website URL
http://XXXX.x10Hosting.com/
and thats fine

3. then it asks for the CGI-Bin URL,
i tried http://XXXX.x10Hosting.com/public_html/CGI-bin/

but it doesnt seem to work, i get an error saying its incorrect...

any ideas/help will be appreciated!!

That would be the cgi-bin url.

That didn't work either...

hmmmm do i need to change anything in my control panel?

You have both 'scgi-bin' and 'cgi-bin' in your site's public_html directory.

Have you tried http://xxxx.x10hosting.com/cgi-bin/ ?
