HELP Change Web Page

I put up my first web page and now I don't remember how to get back there to make a change and up date the page.

go to http://x10hosting.com/panel.php
then go to cpanel. cpanel link is in your account panel.
then go to file manager and edit your desire file

I forgot to add that I use front page to upload my changes, what is the ftp setting for uploading? Is it the cpanel ID and password? Do I upload to the public file?
Also is there an easier way to upload from my computer, I use corel draw to create my images and save files.
