this happend when i try to enter to my control panel, can anybody help me to understand what happend?:

The requested URL could not be retrieved


While trying to retrieve the URL: http://heartofcuba.x10hosting.com/cpanel
The following error was encountered:

Unable to determine IP address from host name for heartofcuba.x10hosting.com​

The dnsserver returned:

Name Error: The domain name does not exist.​

The right way about cpanel is:

http://heartofcuba.x10hosting.com:2082

or if you have any problem with your subdomain, you can reach the cpanel with:

http://ip:2082 (the "ip" is the ip of your server you are in, see mores in http://x10hosting.com/account - login first)
