Just deleted the index.html out of your public_html folder. Also make sure your vBulletin is a licensed copy.

There are several ways you can do it. You can use a CMS via fantastico in your cPanel. Or you can create one using software you own on your PC such as Dreamweaver or Frontpage and use FTP to FTP them to your public_html folder. When doing this please make sure the files are not inside a folder. Otherwise you would have to use a url such as this gamerzneeds.x10hosting.com/website should that be the name of the folder.

when visiting http://gamerzneeds.x10hosting.com iam seeing

Index of /

* cgi-bin/
* forum/
* gamerzneeds/
* images/
* postinfo.html
* scgi-bin/

you have to upload a filed named index.html to public_html folder.
It can be done via ftp or go to cpanel>>filemanager then choose public_html and click upload.

Use "Fantastico" instead, CPAddon is out dated, and no longer supported by cPanel.
