You will need to login to the Account management panel and upgrade your PHP version to Intermediate.

As for your website, it loads fine - you just have the default index, which needs to be changed before you are suspended.

The most obvious answer would be ... wait? If you applied and haven't been accepted - you have to wait. If you have been accepted, you will have to wait at least 12 hrs ( the script that runs only runs once every so many hours )

Roughly 12 hrs. I wouldn't say exactly 12 hrs. And 12 hrs from when you applied and got accepted for the upgrade. ( You would of received an e-mail or message stating you were accepted )

So, 12 hrs. Count 12 hrs from the time you recieved your approval.

Yes. It could be earlier, or it could be later. All depends when the script last ran, if the script is running properly or running at all at the moment.
