HELP! Error code E59543C96476E9736 - Need help with blacklist on x14.x10hosting.com:2222/

Hi there,

I was a couple of logins with the older password at https://x14.x10hosting.com:2222/ before I reached out to the main administrator to check the credentials. I was able to log into the dashboard with the updated credentials. However when I clicked on "Hosting Control Panel" from within the dashboard, I was directed to https://x14.x10hosting.com:2222/ which asked for login with the credentials, I tried a few times with the updated credentials there, but those were not recognized and my IP was backlisted.

Could the blacklist be removed, and additionally, are there any settings regarding privacy/cookies on Chrome where the "Hosting Control Panel" link will not ask for credentials again?
