Hi, I'm in a bit of a dilemma:
I signed up for an x10hosting account about 6 days ago and was granted a domain and all, with a confirmation email in my account. However, when I try and find my domain name online it says "domain available!" as if I was a first comer trying to make it my own...which it should already be...
Furthermore, when I try to log into x10hosting, it says: "Although you've logged in successfully, there was an error retrieving your account's hosting type from the backend system.Please post on our forums to seek support on this issue."
Please help!
