[HELP] Errors in CronTab File! CronJobs not working

Help! When I tried to set this command -

*/20 * * * * <em>{wget or similar command here}</em>  http://get-free-downloads.pcriot.com/wp-content/plugins/wp-o-matic/cron.php?code=fff6e544

I'm getting this error -

"-":1: bad command
errors in crontab file, can't install.

Please help!!
