HELP: Fantastico/C-Panel Errors

Guys,
You may or may not be aware, but there appear to be some Scripting errors in the C-Panel > Fantastico interface (I get the yellow icon at the bottom of the browser window).

I'm not sure if anyone else is experiencing this, but it may be an indicator of things to come, as the guys at Fantastico haven't updated some of their software for a while now (esp. wordpress (I am doing this myself tonight)).

I forced a reinstall of Fantastico but that is pretty much all we can do since we don't take care of it.
