Help ftp doesnt work

I am new to x.10hosting. And i was wondering if anyone on here can help me with ftp application.

I have tried to configure the ftp application with the information given but it keeps saying that i am using invalid login details.

Can anyone help me

Check whether you use the following details.

FTP Host: ftp.shalli.x10hosting.com
FTP USer: shallira
Password: <yourcpanelpassword>
