I created a new premium account today. I used my work email address, rwhite@sd68.bc.ca. However, I had years before created a free account using that email address and now I can't access anything. Essentially I use the accounts randywhite@shaw.ca and rwhite@sd68.bc.ca. My domains are: itismath.com and woodlandsonline.ca. Can you please make it so i can access these together? Thank you.

I believe I talked with you about this in IRC but it appears that you may have not clearly understood me. Anyway, the best way to resolve this issue is going to be opening a support ticket in your client area. Not sure if you have done that or not, but I am going to go ahead and escalate this ticket so that staff can help you work this out.
