help i cant access my web disk!!!

my windows says ie cannot open file as a web folder. do you want to see it in default mode?
after clicking no or yes windows script host says: there was a problem connecting to the webdisk service. make sure that ports 2078 (ssl) and 2077 are open. how can i access them.
