Help I have lost mysql database

Can anyone help me. I have lost mysql databases and cant get my joomla site back on.

site: casnet.x10hosting.com/casnet

You will need to edit your scripts to use localhost instead of mysql.x10hosting.com.

Can you walk me through that. Does this happen in cpanel etc
