[Help] I have this "DNS Error - Server cannot be found"

I am opening hosting package Ad free plan, yesterday,
I was good then. Running Smoothly but today I can't open my
site it say DNS Error

I would like to know why or did I violate any TOS
please reply i would like to know. if my site is suspended or what...
