help im new here control panel not working!

hello im new here my name's gian. i just created my account.. everytime i log in and i enter my user's name and my password, it says u have succesfully logged in!.. and it sends me to a window that says Link account

i put my account username which is gian.. and it says the following..

please help me out.. i cant acces to it.. thank you..

Your account has not yet been created. Currently account creations are on hold. You need to wait until all server issues are resolved.
