Help Installing Contrexx cms

Hi all im new tto x10 host and am trying to install Contrexx cms but it comes up with the error message

GD extension version 1.6 or later for PHP is required!

also i can't seem to logon to my cpanel http://f.x10hosting.com:2082

If anyone can help it would be much appreciated

It looks like you need to download something else. Seems to be called GD(Graphics Draw) .

I have looked on web but have not found anything that i can use

How long has it been since you upgraded to intermediate PHP?

it has just upgraded and i have tried again but now it can't find that page?

Iv now managed to get past this error but now have a new one where it cannot create the database and seeing as i cannot access cpanel due to it coming up with a network time out error i need it to create this

Where are you accessing cPanel from? Work, School? It sounds like it's blocked for you.
