Help logging in to ftp or cPanel

Hey its been a few days now since signing up but I can't get logged in via ftp or cPanel, any help would be great.. Thanks

Nope, still having the same problems... Just tells me my login authentication failed. I know it's the correct username and password.

I am assuming you know this already :

cPanel URL : http://strom.exofire.net:2082
cPanel Username : strom
cPanel Password : (you should know this)

FTP address/host : strom.exofire.net
FTP Username : strom
FTP Password : (same as the other one you should know)

yup, tried all that... just getting login authentication failed... Even changed my password and tried, no luck

Yea, thats not a problem... Im reading that the only thing offline is Exim and my account status is unsuspended.

Dude read this: My Guide, you allways can log to ftp and cpanel by that way.
