i went to my site today and it said page could not be displayed. I think its becaues i dont update and they erased my account i dont know! my domain is neocity.x10hosting.com and my username is neocity

Well, for one ... you don't have your cpanel linked with your forum account.
Two, they don't usually just randomly delete accounts unless you have been inactive on forum and your cpanel for more than a month, you violate x10 TOS severely or something along those lines.

An Account Manager or Admin will need to look into it.

well i try to link my cpanel thing but i havent rcived a reply in like am onth and i tryed 3 time today!
