At this time this is currently under a permanent suspension because of warez - if you provide a VALID vbulletin license# and vbulletin confirms it was registered -before- your suspension and is valid for your current domain, we can unsuspend it.

But unless you actually have a license for vbulletin (which if you did you probably would have -used- that license to install it), we cannot unsuspend you.
