Help me Please, get me out of here

I come today asking a favour from anyone that is incharge of the accounts of the hosting. I am annoyed so much that I am ready to leve this host. I am sorry I know you people must be trying hard to make your host work and all, but I can't stay here I have not done any of my work my 6 weeks now. My cpanel is soooooooooooooooooooooo slow that I cant even reach to my database in phpmyadmin. I need a back up of my files and database from phpmyadmin, can someone go in there and email me both of that back?

Well no I cant Its toooooo slow. It wont load the page for a starter. I just want my back up of my files and database from phpmyadmin please help me
