It seems your account has not yet been created. When did you register for the account? And did you register for adenhanced or adfree?

Then I think your account is still in the queue. Did you click on the Confirmation link that you received from x10Hosting?

This seems to have been cleared up. I am closing this thread. However if the you have anymore issues after the account has indeed been created please feel free to open this thread up or create a new post.
