Help me with my Cpanel

I have not been able to access my cpane l or website for about three days now and I wonder the problem. I ask for support and for all I know they responds as if everything is ok. That makes me doubt if it is the fault

of my internet connection or the server. Please tell me if you can see my cpanel login page or the website

your site is working, maybe your entering your password and username in wrong, or cpanel was down for a bit, that all i can think of that maybe the problem

Thanks for the information. I just gave you a rep for that . But I think someone have to be more precise. were you able to acess/see my site and the cpanel page? I get timed out when I try any of the sites.
