My website opens sometimes .Sometimes it does not .It needs refreshing 2 or 3 times to open .When i click any link then it does not open again needs refershing again 2 or 3 times.My website is http://www.norules.co.cc

I went to your site didn't come across any issues. I would suggest clearing your browsers cache files and flushing your dns.

I posted my website in site reviews .The response i got was that people saw blank pages and needed to refresh few times to see content

I tried on several times cleared my cache files and flushed my DNS a few times just to be sure. I still couldn't get the blank page error.
