First i dont speak very good english and so i have errors in my letter.
I have a problem at the time of enter my username and my subdominion and I give click in signup now say me that the user and password already exist but I click in the marks of the side and say me that is valid
what i need to do

try a different uersname and password but use the same subdomain...

I try whit another username and say that the subdomian is not availve
I need to put a diferent username and subdomain ?

what subdomain did you sign up for, maybe it got created you just didn't get an email
