my website is not opening. it says "unable to open".

when i login to my account it says

Offline

plz help me.

Seems Appache is offline.
That would explain why your site is unable to open.
An Admin may already have been working on it. But, I'll go peek around and see if things are operational again.

well yes, basically without Apache, none of the webpages will load
