Why are you using a nulled vBulletin on your site if you have a script? I just checked and the files you have are nulled files.

I will verify with vBulletin your domain is licensed or not.

Nulled means "that the script originally had built-in security measures to ensure the user obtained it legally, but those security measures have been removed."

And wrong site? Well, if you didn't download it from VB's website, then it probably was the wrong site.
