Help: My account has been suspended

Hi, I had setup my blog on x10hosting recently. And i was loving this free account. All features of this hosting are excellent. I was thinking to upgrade to your premium hosting since i loved your service. But then last night my friend gave me some scripts and asked me to upload it on my hosting account so that he can run it and see how good servers of x10hosting are. I uploaded them and gave it to him. And in morning when i opened my blog it said hosting account disabled contact staff.
I was shocked to see that because my blog is down and im losing my traffic. The reason i saw after i loged in was Spaming. I called my friend and asked him what those scripts were. He said they were mass mailers. So as i did not know what it is i asked him to explain.
Now i request you to please unsuspend my hosting account. And i shall not run or upload such scripts for anyone in any case. And i will soon upgrade to your premium hosting service if oi get my blog back.

You had violated X10 TOS .Its a Zero Tolerance Suspension.Its Permanently suspended.

This kind of thing seems to happen a lot. "My friend gave me something to upload" or "I gave a friend access to my account". We are all fully responsible for our own accounts. It is your account and you are the one that agreed to, (and should have read), the TOS when you signed up. If a "friend" gives you something to upload it is your responsibility to make sure that it is something that is allowed under the TOS and AUP. If you are not sure what it is, you had better find out before you upload it, otherwise you are risking losing your account to a permanent zero tolerance suspension. Too late in this case, but perhaps you and others will consider this in the future.

I understand what you said. Actually the thing is i did not know it is some spamer tool. Otherwise i would not have uploaded it in any case. My whole blog was on your hosting. Please, enable it because there were many articles and posts. I hope that you will respond to it positvely

No, your account is will not be unsuspended nor allowe any backup.You should have taken regular backups.
