help.. my web site is suspended. how to unsuspend?

I have opened my web account (free) on 09/09/2007. my user name is "anilvc31" and my url is "http://vinoba.x10hosting.com". On 27/09/2007 my website found suspended. Immidiately i have unsuspended the account but still it show th acount is suspended.

Then till now 9.00 hrs. of 28/09/2007 I have accessed forum thice.

Please hepl me how to unsuspend the acount and when my website will be functional.
