I am a new user in hostig.I wish to install new IPB packge in my site providing by you.I have the pakage IPB 2.1.7 now.I want information about that how i can upload it to site
Some installation guides after uploading are inside it. But i want to informatio that in which ftp account i want to upload the pakage.And aslo needs the information about FTP
.I wish to make IPB portal as main page of my site
Please Help any one pleaseeee

umm...let's see, can you login to your account on ftp? if you can, then click on "public_html" or "www" (they're the same thing) and upload your files either there or create a directory such as "forums" or something and then you'll need to go to yoursite.x10hosting.com/forumsdirectory/install
