I having a problem to configure my domain (www.evil.asio.nom.br). I talk to the domain server support, and they tell me that my domain is not configurated to the X10Hosting server, that's why the domain servers always says that the X10Hosting domains are "Unknown domains".

I'm trying to configure in the CPanel, but always came the same answer:

Error from park wrapper: Using nameservers with the following IPs: 200.229.248.10,200.189.40.10,200.219.154.10,200.19 2.232.10,200.160.0.10 Sorry, the domain is already pointed to an IP address that does not appear to use DNS servers associated with this server. Please transfer the domain to this servers nameservers or have your administrator add one of its nameservers to /etc/ips.remotedns and make the proper A entries on that remote nameserver. `

Can anyone help me to use my domain?

Your domain is not pointing to x10hosting nameservers, you need to point it to:
ns1.x10hosting.com
ns2.x10hosting.com

After you've done this, and the DNS update for your domain, you should be able to use your domain with x10hosting.

You are not pointing your domain to x10, do that before adding it in CPanel. You should do that first in your domain provider panel:
- pointing your dns to ns1.x10hosting.com and ns2.x10hosting.com
or
- creating A records to the server static ip

Edit:
haha fedlerner was faster than me.

No. I already tried to put in the domain server and the X10 server.

In the domain server the answer is that the NS's domains does not exist.

and in the x10 server, the answer is that the domain (www.evil.asio.nom.br) point to another server, and cannot be add.
Edit:
How that I can create A records to the server static ip?

Cpanel won't accept you domain until it points to x10.
ns1.x10hosting.com and ns2.x10hosting.com should work in your domain provider panel.

You can also create an A record at your domain provider panel(If your domain provider doesn't give you this ability you probably chose a bad provider).
You have to put the static ip of the server your account is hosted in; you can look for the ip in CPanel, left side.
