Help needed urgently

guys,
1stly i want to know whats server load. I cant view my webpage it says cannot connect to database. Is it a mistake from my side or a mistake from urs. Please give a solution , coz im all upset as i worked very hard on the site. The site is bcum very slow. Sometimes it opens.
