Help needed

Hello Guys!

Sorry to bother you but I am trying to install wordpress but I am getting the following error message, tried to do it with fantastico and manually, unfortunatelly got the same message in both cases:

Forbidden

You don't have permission to access /mega/wp-admin/install.php on this server.

Additionally, a 404 Not Found error was encountered while trying to use an ErrorDocument to handle the request.

Please go to cPanel > File Manager. Make sure you choose to show hidden files (dot files).

Open up the .htaccess file in /public_html/mega/ and copy the contents here. It seems something is preventing access to the directories.
