Help Needed

i've made a little flash movie that i want to put on my site but i cant see it if i insert it in dreamweaver..
i see the logo but once i've pressed "play" i cant my movie, if i press "stop" i just see the lgo..

help!

in flash set to export html and .swf. then use the code in the html in dreamweaver and make sure the .swf is iin the same dir as the code.

i have another question.. i'm not very good at coding.. i'm using DreamWeaver to build my site,
i have my navigationbar on the top, i have a link for my forum the link is the site where i have my forum..
my target frame is "main frame" (for those who are familiar with dreamweaver i'm using "fixed top" as my lay-out)

when i open my index everything is normal, i can click every link i want but if i press my button for the forum i can see the forum in my main frame but if i then press another link on my nav bar .. nothing changes..

HELP
