Help-new site not working

[123cinema]

i registered a hosting account yesterday in ad-free plan and upgraded to intermediate php version. Then i uploaded wordpress and phpb 3.0. I set the file permission as per their instruction. But the installation went wrong. What ever in try to do, it shows some error. (All servers are online.)

While installing the wordpress, it show

Fatal error: Allowed memory size of 8388608 bytes exhausted (tried to allocate 77824 bytes) in /home/k775136/public_html/actor/wp-admin/includes/schema.php on line 246

While installing phpbb 3, it show blank page.


what i have to do?

(p.n: I have configured the database name, user, pswrd everything correctly)

How long ago did you upgrade to intermediate PHP?

Day before yesterday only i upgrade to Php intermediate level.
