help on how to creat support ticket

Hi, i registered newly here and am confused, i hosted an a/c but it was suspended and a friend told me how to unsuspend it, but when i tryed it i was told to open a support ticket, so here am i. i dont know whether this is the right to do. so please moderators help me to unsuspend my account with user name: iyke03. my previous a/c ve this same problem thats why i opened this one and it still ve the same problem
