Help on new account

I just registered my forum account and activated, but I still can not link it to the cpanel account.

Not sure where the cpanel account comes out.
and also \i can not connect ftp using the account and password

Have you received an account details email confirming the account has been created? If so can you send me the details of that email to my private messages? This is for the hosting account not the forums account.
